How refunds are issued
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days' time. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the product is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For faster resolution, please provide your order number available on the order invoice as well as a photo of the damaged product(s).
Returns and exchanges
At this time, we do not accept product returns. We'll issue a refund within 10 business days' time in case the products are damaged or if there are any other issues with the order. Please ensure to contact us within 5 business days from the moment you've received the order for us to be able to offer a refund.
We do not accept returns or product exchanges based on buyer's remorse.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
